Because our services involve the immediate transfer of proprietary data, mapping systems, and expert analysis, we maintain a clear and firm policy regarding cancellations and refunds to ensure the integrity of our professional standards.

1. Digital Assets and Information Products

Due to the non-tangible and irrevocable nature of digital information, all sales of downloadable assets are final. * Once a download link is generated or access to the QTrip digital portal is granted, the transaction is considered executed in full.

  • We do not offer refunds based on a “change of mind” or personal travel cancellations, as the value of the intellectual property is delivered upon access.

2. Strategic Consultation & Itinerary Audits

For human-led services, such as the Bespoke Itinerary Audit (Service ID 4), the following rules apply:

  • Pre-Analysis: A full refund is available if requested before any travel documents or schedules have been submitted for review.
  • In-Progress: Once the audit process has commenced (documents received and strategist assigned), the service is non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: You may postpone your audit for a future trip at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery of your video review.

3. Technical Integrity Guarantee

We stand by the functionality of our digital tools.

  • Accessibility: If you experience a technical error with a GPS-integrated map or digital dossier, our support team will resolve the issue or provide a manual alternative within 12 business hours.
  • Accuracy: If a factual error regarding current visa regulations or transit routes is identified within a QTrip product, we will provide an updated, corrected asset immediately. Technical or data updates do not constitute grounds for a refund but trigger our priority correction protocol.
